  1. Hi, I am trying to set up a couple of products but I am having a brain dead day and for the life of me can't nail down the setup. Here are the scenarios: First situation - 2 products - client can purchase one or the other, or both. Each comes with some disk space. Client can purchase more of one product or another anytime they need to - client can purchase extra disk space, but amounts are specified (5Gb, 10Gb, 20Gb, 50Gb etc) if it was a set amount in multiples I could use the quantity checkbox. Sample transactions Trans 1 Trans 2 Trans 3 server product (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9...).....buy 2.......buy1.........buy none client product (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9...)......buy10......buy 5........buy 2 disk space (5Gb, 10Gb, 20Gb, 50GB...)..buy none...buy 50GB...buy none I need to offer them extra disk space no matter which product they buy initially, and I need to offer them extra disk space by itself should they need it down the road. I also need to offer them either product anytime. Second situation - Mandatory initial purchase product (Base package) that comes with disk space and users. - extra products that can be bought include 1) extra user 2) extra disk space 3) support contract I need to offer the base package and allow buyer to add users, space or support during initial purchase as well as after the fact when needed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Wayne
  2. Hi John, Sparky in thread http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=24530 defined the resolution which worked perfectly. RLimitMem max Wayne
  3. Hi John, the line referred to in the tcpdf.php does not exist in this iteration of the file. My PHP already has 64mb of memory, I bumped it to 128mb without change. This worked perfectly until I upgraded to 4.5.2 from 4.4.2 2 or 3 days ago. I assume this is also affecting my automated billing as well? Any other ideas? Wayne
  4. Hi Matt, when I create and invoice and try to send it (send invoice created) I get a blank screen. This worked fine until I updated to the latest version. The error I get is: Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 17563648 ) (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/billing/includes/tcpdf.php on line 20622 And when I try to just download the PDF I get Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 17563648 ) (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/billing/includes/tcpdf_unicode.php on line 14085 Any ideas what's going on and how to fix it? Wayne
  5. Hi everyone, it appears there is a group hacking Enom accounts. I had one domain registered fraudulently and my cart had 4 other domains and 3 SSL certs in it ready to purchase. The domains they tried to register, but were unsuccessful were all darkhorse.XXX or something similar. They were unsuccessful because my account balance is kept at a minimum. Enom says the 1 domain they successfully registered was done 8/2/2011 at 4:00:48 AM manually which means someone got into my account and ordered the domain. I maintain strong password standards for all my accounts. Of course Enom just blows you off with refunding the fees and cancelling the domain, even when the transaction was fraudulent, I need a happy-ramadan.com domain like I need an eighth hole in my head. Just remember that you are NOT PROTECTED FROM FRAUD with ENOM which is ridiculous and unacceptable. Fraud transactions should be outside of normal policy and handled as the crime they are. You can't tell me these transactions cannot be reversed if they wanted to. Change your ENOM account password immediately and minimize your account balance if at all possible to protect yourself.
  6. Hi, I am having an issue importing WHM accounts into WHMCS. I have the server all setup, the 2 WHM packages setup and named properly, the package names are in the module settings, not details settings for the package. What I get is all green accounts showing package not in WHMCS so can't be imported. No matter what I try, or what I change this never changes. I have cut and pasted package names, double checked everything still with no success. Anyone have any tidbits of wisdom? Thanks, Wayne
  7. Agreed, but most AP people don't have a clue about this stuff, and they are their target. Again, agreed but in my situation this was not the case.
  8. ***Without Prejudice*** Hi, many of you have heard about the domain registrar who sends out info to businesses that looks exactly like an invoice, but isn't and the domain isn't registered with them. What happens more often than not is accounts payable pays the invoice look alike. This domain registrar then transfers the domain over to itself and puts a 120 day transfer hold on it. Basically a BIG * to get business. This domain registrar has now and finally had its approval revoked as a direct registrar for the .CA domain names by the CIRA organization (Canadian Internet Registry Association). So what do they do, they go to ENOM as a reseller so they can continue to sell .CA domain names, and continue the * they perpetrate. What happened to me is I transferred a domain name for a client into my account on Jan 31,2011.This firm was transferring it's domain name portfolio over to ENOM on Feb 6, 2011. Well even though I had transferred the domain and it had completed, they transferred it out of my account and into theirs on Feb 3, 2011. How they got the EPP I'll never know, but I would say by reviewing outbound emails for EPP requests (copy EPP email to internal account, review). Unauthorized transfer, YES. Response from ENOM: go away and talk to the registrar, not our problem you must have provided the EPP. No, we didn't. Unauthorized transfers are ENOM's issue. Avoid these guys at all costs, and if you get a fake invoice from them report it to ICAAN or CIRA or whoever else oversees the TLD or ccTLD involved. As for ENOM, they work with these guys, and they don't care about unauthorized transfers. You decide. Oh, the120 day hold is outside of policy, 60 days is the max. Next fight with ENOM, force allowing a transfer on day 61 per CIRA Policy. http://droa.com http://droc.ca http://namejuice.com BRANDON GRAY INTERNET SERVICES INC. 9. Hi, been through that one a couple times, changed it from old to new and back again, went from all locations to just one, used spaces/no spaces, caps/no caps etc etc without success. If it works on one page (client/products) but not on another (pending orders) when trying to do the same thing then I'm not sure where the issue may be. Any help is appreciated, Wayne
  10. Hi, I am having an issue with my install. WHMCS version 4.4.2, reseller central back end. Everything was working fine until I upgraded. I have read through the forums, followed all the process in the wiki, verified my setup, added the api key with and without SSL, changed the locations trying multiple and individual locations, and completely reverified my server area setup. Here's the error I see: Order Accept Encountered Problems - no matching location found. Here's what happens: 1) Place an order for a package which goes through fine (package has been in place for year+ 2) Order goes into pending when it is set to process when payment received 3)go into pending orders - click accept order to make it active and run create script. Dies with above error. 4)Go to clients area, choose products 5) select the package they ordered 6) change to active and save 7) Click create and the account is created in reseller central with no issue 8 go back to pending orders to check...still need to accept order there, says no set to active when I did it manually in step 6 Any ideas what's going on? Wayne
  11. It is siteautobackup.com...based on his previously available cpanel backup module for WHMCS on his WHMCSGold site. The module has been gone for a year or so, I tried to get a copy but he wouldn't release it. I would guess hostgator bought the rights to it. Wayne
  12. Ticket opened on your site...
  13. Hi Sparky, when was your update? I installed the new version from your site last week. I haven't received notification of an update since I installed it.
  14. Hi, I have set up Triennial pricing in WHMCS but I cannot get it to show as an option in the cart. Anyone else having this issue? Everything else shows (monthly, annually, biennially). I am running 4.2.1 with Sparky's cart. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks, Wayne

    EnomSSL

The no renew, must buy new cert is an enom thing, but for any certificate, even if you can renew it, you must install the new/renewed certificate on the server. This is because certs have valid dates embedded in them, thus when the dates change so does the underlying certificate.
  16. Yep, it's all in test mode right now. Thanks again, Wayne
  17. Thanks Simon. so basically I just use the links from the SSL module under "other" for each product on my page. Clients click it to add to cart, checkout, pay, get redirected to a page to setup their SSL (private key, domainname, CSR), and then their cert gets issued? Domain names are all setup, and I assume the ID protect is just another product, right? Thanks again, Wayne
  18. Hi, I have my site set up, cpanel in the background and WHMCS is all set up and running. Selling hosting packages works fine but I am confused when it comes to domain names, ID protect, SSL certs and other stuff from Enom. I am running version 4.1.2 WHMCS. I have the enom domain registrar module setup (incl enom extended) and the SSL module set up as well in WHMCS. The SSL certs in products/services show a direct shopping cart link. This link will add the product and allow the client to buy it, but does it do the processing back to enom? Domain names allow a search, then add to cart, but does it do the background processing to enom as well when the client pays? I am thinking that the answer to both questions is no. If that is the case then some integration work needs to be done. Can someone tell me if this is the case, and if so any recommendations on someone to do the integration? Thanks for your help. Wayne
  19. Anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks, Wayne
  20. I may be the only one having this issue. I set up the ENOM SSL certificates in WHMCS, following the documentation and all. When I put the link into my web page, if you select say 2 years, when you click the buy now button and it takes you to the cart to checkout, it only shows the 1 year price. Even if I remove the term selection on my web page (might just be my html form coding issue) you also cannot change the certificate term on the cart page to buy more years. Does anyone know how to set up the enomssl module so you can choose your certificate term on the cart page? Or does this need to be done on my web page? If you are only buying one year it seems to work well :0) thanks, Wayne
