Hi, When I pay any invoice in whmcs for a client for the domain it simply get through and renews it but interestingly does not add a year in expiry date which is shown on the domain tab. It eventually affects the domain status. It just shows "Expired" instead of "Active". Any ideas what should be done?

Hi, I am not able to search any articles that show me how to go about offering promotions on renewals. Like I want to offer 25% off from one date to another. That I have set in promotions. But I am offering this to all those who will renew their orders from x date to y date by entering that promotion code while placing their renewal. There is no field in renewal invoices for such offer. Where to look fro it and how to go about it? Thanks

Hi, I have two servers configured on my WHMCS. I upgraded one of them and want to let the smaller one go away. Now lets say that on Server1 (which I want to let go) has a product Linux hosting Product_1 with 25 clients on it. And Server 2 (that I am keeping) has a product Linux hosting Product_1a. Both the products have same privileges. How can I, in one go, shift all 25 accounts on product_1 to product_1a? Thanks in advance.

DiT is wonderful now changed mind. it was all about carrying out some processes at earlier stages. Enjoying better service with them. But Regfly.com ...... yekh! some amount is stuck with them now they say i can get a refund to my credit card but can use them from checkout menu. For that too, i will have to REQUEST them to unlock MY OWN MONEY. Why are they still in industry???

i am facing the worst support from regfly.com - they reply delayed > they don't reply to the point > and finally they don't solve issues instead they put it pending. I attempted to register a domain with registerfly.com after few days it was refunded without reason. then i registered another domain with them, this time instead of deducting amount from my account balance with them, they ask fresh transaction. I tried to connect With DistributeIT.com.au and thought to put orders through it. but they also seem to have long processes to carry out order. any suggestions guyz?

the domain registrar that I use on my reseller account is not listed in the whmcs. what is the possibility of adding it?

I have put check marks for DNS Management, Email Forwarding, ID Protection and EPP Code in the Price section of Domains but there are no prices to mention in this section. Still when any one goes for domain registration, he finds $5 for each of above options. What is the issue?

i am using 2checkout.com as payment gateway. but i do not get the option where we put the 2checkout product code. Also if any one can help in guiding how to configure the option of payment through 2checkout before creation of account. thanks in advance
