Hello is not a problem with permissions ... just open whmcs\templates\default\viewticket.tpl, go to the line #127 or #128 and find and replace: where : href="dl.php?type=ar&id={$reply.id}&i={$num}"> replace with: href="dl.php?type=a&id={$id}&i={$num}"> and problem fixed.

Hello everyone, I have this situation: I have a home server, I am running Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition, but I am using XAMPP (Apache server) for my web server. I have installed WHMCS Version: 3.7.2 with no problems... :?Now the problem is that when I type http://23.455.322.222/support you can login perfectly, but If you type www.mydomainname.com/support you can see the page but you cannot loging in to the system ... It is driving me crazy, because in Firefox or Google Chrome does not have that problem, only happen in IE.... please could someone help me? Thanks
