  1. Just curious - I use the same code and the order number for the commission is N/A, does it show for you?
  2. We do it manually. The only interaction with idevaffiliate and WHMCS is when the sale is completed. Once we get the commission pending notification we have to adjust the recurring % because the sale price includes setup fees. The only problem I have noticed is that the order number doesn't get passed to idevaffiliate with the cart integration code.
  3. Would you be willing to share that information?
  4. I did see a few posts relating to this but was hesistent to make the change because the one gateway works properly. I have customized the header but have not added or removed any forms in the order process and both gateways are bog-standard. I will play with the forwardpage.tpl changes and see what works. Thanks.
  5. I have Authorize and Mail in Payment configured. I have the option set to automatically redirect the user to the gateway (because of Authorize) and was wondering what I could do to stop the 'Mail in Payment' from redirecting. To clarify: Authorize gateway functions as required by my company. Mail in Payment shows the payment instructions then quickly redirects to the knowledge base. Automatically redirecting to the invoice is not an option (from the owners). Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
  6. <snipped> I'm trying to display the $service.username, which I can do in clientareaproducts.tpl, in the clientssummary.tpl page. Is there are corresponding $product.fieldname to be able to display this?
  7. Anyone have any code that can display the downloads available for a product on the order complete page? I have it hacked up to display the direct links of each download rather than just the ones for the specific product. Thanks.
  8. That is how I assumed it would work, but it doesn't add the price to the "Total Due Today" or recurring in the cart.
  9. We are offering a software product that has a monthly payment as well as an annual maintenance fee. Is there a way to do this with a single order without our intervention? The closest I have come is setting it as a product addon, but I need to have it selected and unchangeable by the user. Is this possible or is there a better way? Any help would be appreciated!
