Did anyone ever figure out how to do this? My font size stays at x-small (in source) no matter what I set in the wysiwyg editor or in the style.css file or in the knowledgebasearticle.tpl file.
It is so small that I can barely read it. I would hate to see what others may be seeing.
Thanks in advance for any help with this.
Everything was fine yesterday. Today I believe that I was in there early this morning but after taking care of a couple of issues: 1) wrong email address for my account with whmcs and 2) upgrading to v 4.1.2, I tried logging in and could not.
I am using the password that I wrote down so I am pretty sure it was correct. Basically, my IP keeps getting banned and then I have to wait 15 minutes to try again or I have to go into the database and change the bannedip entry and the attempted logins in the admin table.
I tried changing the password using a query but of course it was not encrypted so it does not appear that this worked well. Next I went on line and encrypted the password using an MD5 Hash and updated the admin password with this encrypted password. It still did not work.
I am completely lost as to what I am supposed to do or what I could have possibly done wrong.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Can you tell me if and how you got this to work?
Mine is doing the same thing. I can put in a domain that I know is taken and one that I know is not and I get "The domain you entered in not valid." either way.
I have WHMCS version 4.1.1 and am a HostNine reseller.
It happens if you go to the domainchecker.php page directly.
The install went so smoothly even with the extra software that I needed to install but now only a portion of the application appears to work.
This is installed on a windows server under IIS6. I have php 5.2.1 installed and in IIS it is allowed and is running using php-cgi.exe.
I need to get this fixed quickly but I just don't know enough about this to make it happen.
Thanks in advance.
Our business is primarily web design and custom application development with domain registration and hosting as a value added thing.
Since most of our work requires that quotes are done from customers first, then invoiced if quote is accepted, is there any way to set a product, say web design, and instead of listing a price, show a Request a Quote button that would allow the customer to then fill in info for what they need?
