In the main configuration I have selected "Select to automatically redirect the user to the gateway". Yet when the user selects PayPal, they go to an invoice where they can click a pay button. How can I bypass this and allow the user to go directly to the PayPal payment page?

I would like to make a change to the sign up process: I only have one product, so I would like to skip the "billing cycle" step. After domain selection the next step should be the order summary. I would also like to modify the "order summary" as well as remove the promotional checkbox. Any ideas?
