Thanks for your reply. The problem is that the domain charge shouldn't exist at all, since it's included in the package's fee. Is the only solution to separate the domain from the package so it is billed separately? We'd prefer to "bundle" them together.

Hello everyone, After using WHMCS for about a year with great satisfaction, we have a nagging question about the billing system. We have a package set up for hosting and a domain name included, billed yearly. The user specifies which domain to purchase/transfer in the during the signup process. We purchase or transfer the domain manually and everything is fine for a time. Our problem occurs one year later when it is time for the client to renew the package. Although the domain was included in our package, the WHCMS auto-generates domain renewal notices and even worse, separate, individual invoices for expiring domains. This is problem even if we set the expiration date of the domain (in WHMCS) to 00/00/0000. Obviously, this creates a lot of confusion and annoyance for our customers, given that they correctly expect to only receive one invoice covering both. Does anyone have any idea how to suppress this behavior? Thanks, Matt
