Hello Can anyone help me as I have an issue i cant resolve and the WHMCS support tickets dont get replied anymore it seems so after 24hours of going mad trying to solve by myself can any one sugest anything I have a client who is trying to pay a bill they go to their membesr area and click on invoic eto pay But every time they put correct card numbers in they get an error message on screen saying "the credit card number is invalid" However i have tried to do for them and they are entering everything correctly . Moreover the details are not even getting passed to the gateway log in my admin panel so its simply not working. Obviously as its not even showing error message in the whmcs admin area gateway log its never going as far as shwoing any error logs in whmcs or sagepay Im sooo frustrated as ive spent ten hours trying again and again and again to get a sim,ple invoice paid and Support ticket is not answered properly and Im ready to give up on WHMCS if i cnat solve ! Can anyone sugest anything to try. Ive checked the number is right number of digits, all adreess is filled in , i simply cnat see any reason it wont even allow to cliemt to submit with out thsi dreaded "the credit card number is invalid" Any clues or ideas much appreciated ??

Im not too familiar with scripts and wish to avoid doingit that way if i can to change the vat rate by doing more simply Woudl there be any problems with just doing it by changing the rules? I assume that all i do is delete the old tax rule and create a new one with 20% ?? Am i right ? But would this change the VAT charged on invoices already sent last month ? I would like to be able to create an invoice to customers for design work whereby they pay deposit, then 2 stage payments untill the work is completed I want to do so that they only need enter their credit card only once so i can automatically take the stage payments without them needing to enter their credit cards again and when I choose to take it Is there anyway I can do this? I use Sagepay and also have a merchant account which allows recurring billing I think I would use the module from kadaeo but i want to keep to one payment gateway which is Sagepay/Protx Im not sure but perhaps there is a way to set as recurring billings ? Possibly I need to generate the first invoice as a recurring product and change the date ? Or maybe there is another way Or will it be the case that if i send invoice as a product if i send a subsequent invoice it will be taken from the credit card immediately? Im a little confused on how I might be able to achieve this aim. Basically I just want to be able to take the stage payments without delays on awaiting client to pay a stage payment manually Any sugestions In would be very much appreciated as IM just starting to use WHMCS and havent worked out everything yet Thankyou in advance for ANY sugestuions

HI Im hoping someone can advise me. Ive just got WHMCS installed rexcently and am making settings right for me Now this might be a easy question I hope I want to make it so that icons sections such as announcements, affiliates . domain checker , netowrk issues, suport tickets, submit tickets do not show up on customer page All i realy want at tsi stage is for people to be able to order products and pay invoices Do i alter the html to do this or is there a setting somewhere in admin i can just turn them on or off? Hi Ive been researching all post about Paypal Pro with WHMCS and couldnt quite work out whether this meant that with Paypal Pro a user has to manually enter a cVc number evey month of recurring billing ? Or if it was possible for recurring billings to set it up within WHMCS and Paypal Pro so that customers can enter the CVC number on the first occasion and then it fully automates payment collection each month ? Im not sure that it would be great if a customer had to enter the cVc number manually every month and ams despeately hoping there is a way round thsiso i can order WHMCS?

Hi Thanks for reply and advice. This is looking fingers crossed to be perfect and seems like Im going to need to change from client exec to WHMCS and paypal pro ! Ive spent so much money and time on setting up inapropriate systems now Ild like to juts be completely sure before I make another mistake and so ask a few finla questions to be hundred percent sure before i go ahead with WHMCS and paypal pro Will Paypal Pro work OK with recurring payments with WHMCS?. I found that after I got client exec with client exec because it only supports ordinary Paypal that for recurring payments each month the clients have to login and pay manually every month ....although the clients get an invoice each month automatically it wouldnt take the money automatically if the client used an ordinary credit card to pay. With that system it woudl only take recurring payments if a user opened a paypal account I just want to be hundred percent sure if I give up on client exec and go with whmcs and paypal pro I wont find it does what i hope for! Sorry to double check i got it right (as i am so terribly scared of making yet another costly mistake with software and merchant accounts choices !) can i clarify : So with WHMCS and Paypal PRO a client could pay a recuring monthly bill and not need to open a paypal account or do anything manually once they set up on the first occasion ?? For recurring montly invoices they could use a credit card to set up and wont need to open a paypal account ? It would be ully automated each month ? Hello Im considering changing to WHMCS (although only last week I bought Client Exec) I want to take recuring payments via Paypal PRO so that a client can pay by credit card and it will not be mandatory for him to have a paypal account I understand that if I have a ordinary paypal account although the invoice is sent automatically the user would have to make teh payment manually and i want it to be automatic recuuring payments once he has done the first sign up Im in the UK and I understand that Paypal PRO in the UK uses Verisign PayFlow Pro API. Will thsi be a problem with WHMC? Basically all i want to do is be able to send invoices or recurring payments and have so that recurring payments are signed up for once and can be done with out further manual intervention and ask if yu can advise me if WHMC and Paypal PRO together will do this for me thanks in advance for yur advice
