I searched and searched and couldn't find an answer to this problem. For the last few weeks anytime a client forgets their password, the system generates and sends a completely useless string of absurd characters. We're talking absolutely no numbers, letters, or characters on the keyboard, but everything else that can be created through extended character sets. Customers then can't log in using these strings even through copy and paste because the system can't recognize it. It's happening quite often now and I can't seem to find the culprit. Any ideas?
