When viewing a support ticket I used to be able to set the status at the top of the rocket (from say open to closed) and simply return to the department active tickets list and the status would have changed. Now I must go to the options, change status and hit save or go back to the ticket list select, choose status and confirm change. using Safari on a Mac
We are using the Internet Secure payment gateway. For some reason, despite there being 50 or so due invoices, only 4-5 are being attempted. It doesn't seem to even try these again the next day when the cron starts again. Has anyone else experienced this?
I would also like to change the title tag. This is because I have two licenses and would like to distinguish between the two in my tabbed browser. Is the answer still no?
