Hi everyone, this is my first post here as i am a new WHMCS subscriber. I have setup pretty much everything 100%, with the exception of accounts transferred from cpanel, and resellers. 1) account transfers I have thransferred the accounts from cpanel, however although the hosting packages reflect correctly, the billing is not correct (this can be manually changed) and the domains do not reflect as domains, it simply just lists the domain in the hosting package. This will then not allow me to be inform of domain renewals and bill accordingly. Any advice? Do i go and create the domain manually for the accounts? 2) I have created the reselelr accounts in WHMCS. When i apply a reseller account to a reseller it reflects correctly. How do i move the domains from cpanel to reflect correctly under the resellers account? Thanks for the assistance in anticipation!
