Wasn't to sure where to put this. So I have came to update from 3.5.1 to 3.7.1 yay. However, I have downloaded the files put them on my server and followed the readme file. It basically says that you go to install.install.php did that. But no where does it say upgrade when i fisrt installed it showed the upgrades but now it doesn't show. So I followed it all the way through. Still not upgraded what do I need to do.
