any updates? anyone using plesk 8.3+ with whmcs and is working after upgrade to v4?

After upgradation, We are not able to make a single client over plesk 8.3. We receive the following error: Module Command Error CURL Error: 28 - Operation timed out after 100000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received Please provide a solution to fix this. Thanks.
