  1. How do I add existing domains that I have currently registered with enom so the WHMCS can manage that domain? I have added it as an order (without sending to registrar), but now what? I have searched the forums, and not coming up with any answers, so I thought I would post.
  2. it is now working. I finally got a reply back from support JUST a few min ago. YAY. It was a very dumb move on my part as I skipped over one important selection. (hiding behind my hands as i type this) -Configuration - general settings - Ordering tab - make sure to have a default order form template selected!! URGH!
  3. I haven't found any help yet. Is there a "Module Setting" that's supposed to be set in the Products Services area? I cannot pull anything from the drop down menu it is blank. Also, when I view all the products I have entered, they all show Auto Setup as "OFF". Getting frustrated.
  4. yes, i have added products. That was step 3. Thanks,
  5. I was able to successfully install WHMCS, so I'm very excited to get underway. I understand I have a lot of work ahead of me. My knowledge is limited and goes as far as HTML. I know... I know... I wish to learn CSS badly! Anyway, off topic - I have searched this and could not find another post regarding it, so my apologies if there is one.... point me that direction! After my upload I went through I went through all 8 steps listed on the Documents Page: Installing WHMC Steps: Post Installation Suggested Steps. Now, when I go to the directory it appears normal, only if I click on the ORDER link it shows that I am in Shopping Cart, but there is no detail and nothing to select to order. I am wondering if I am missing a step. Any help? TIA! my installation is located at: http://www.juleswebdesigns.com/whmcs
