I'm trying to add a ticket from a php script and everything works fine except that the content (body) of the ticket doesn't appear in the view of the ticket unless I've entered a non-zero value to the tickets tid field. I don't see where this value should come from, if it matters what I put there even.... Any suggestions on this would be very helpful. Chris
