Got it all figured out. I had to set my nameservers for my main domain to ns1.22gigs.com and ns2.22gigs.com. I still had them set to ThePlanet nameservers.

I tried that and it didn't work. Either way, it shouldn't be done manually, it should happen automatically. I know other hosts don't create every subdomain individually. I know a setting is wrong somewhere, just don't know where it is.

A little more info. The account gets created in WHM and the CPanel login info works. In Cpanel it shows correctly. If I log into my main (22gigs.com) cpanel account it won't let me add moneyblogger.22gigs.com as a subdomain and says: Error from domain wrapper: moneyblogger.22gigs.com is owned by another user. Don't know if it helps or not. I'm not totally sure it's a WHMCS issue but I don't know where else to turn.

I can't get subdomains to work. They show up in WHMCS and show up in WHM, but when I try to access them, http://moneyblogger.22gigs.com they don't resolve. Any ideas?

I have had a few of my clients email and tell me they didn't receive the New Account Information email. I just created a free Yahoo email account and signed up as a new user to my hosting site. I received the Order Confirmation email, but didn't receive the New Account Information or the Welcome emails. I logged into WHMCS and it shows that it was sent, but I don't have it in my spam folder, trash, or inbox in my brand new Yahoo account. 11/07/2008 14:52 - Order Confirmation 11/07/2008 14:52 - New Account Information 11/07/2008 14:52 - Welcome Does this have to do with Cron? My order status is Active is accounts get created automatically. Any ideas?

I don't care for the stock photo of the server room, other than that it looks great.

What other customizations do you have planned?

I have a test account set up with the domain BeachTreeLand.com. My nameservers are set to ns1.theplanet.com and ns2.theplanet.com The other domain (main site) works with the same nameservers. Do I need to do something different? My test account's domain doesn't work.

When I deleted a few of my test accounts from WHMCS, they still show up in WHM. Do I need to delete them from WHM and WHMCS?

From what I've read, you don't have to change it right? You can just leave that set to pending even though the account is active?

That solved the problem. Every time I clicked the Modules tab, nothing came up. I didn't know what was supposed to come up and I didn't get an error. Now it's working great!

I might have found the problem. My Modules folder didn't get uploaded.
