Hello I did not check the box, I did whai I posted here that I got from CDG it works just fine. Hope it helped you out.

This is what I got from CDG when I asked where is the info. The following is a message from CDG Support: -------------------------------------------- Hi Richard, The Transaction Key is called the RestrictKey in Quantum Gateway. This can be found by logging into the gateway, clicking on Processing Config. It will be the 5th section on that page. You can click the Generate RestrictKey button. Also, if you could list the billing software you are using in the bottom section of the Account Config page that would be great. Let us know if you have further questions. Have a great day! FearlessG1, You need to login into the CDG gateway for your account and than look you should see the info needed. I had problems too when we first set it up. Note at the time I figured it out I sent the info to Matt to publish or what ever he was going to do with it. You can obtain this by going to Settings & Profile > Security > Obtain Transaction Key (CDG)

Yes they do look good. I wouldn't mind the $10.00 a month for the charge back protection either. But, I am a little gun shy at the moment..... Why would that be? The service is great we have had no problems. It was gotten in about 3 days with no issues.

I 2nd it it is a great system and you can use it with WHMC with no problems. They have 2 plans one free and the other $10 per month fee. The $10 one is the best one. my 2 cents.

Hello Matt, It was the box was not checked for odd reason. The other problem I don't no what went wrong there. All looks good now. Thanks for the backup system I just put on a week ago. Saved my butt.

Ok I reran (Uploaded) it again and now I have working except when the order page comes up just the heading and no products show up. I looked thru all the settings all looks correct.

Thanks Joe good idea next time I need to get it working again now. I am uploading the back and the backup of the db. Hopr=e I can get it back the way it was before the upgrade mix up. Thanks
