I was wondering if there is a way to not store the cc information in whmcs and have the customer pay directly to cdgcommerce with whmcs? Is this possible?

Ive been using WHMCS for months now and now problems. I have recently noticed that cron jobs are not running. I have them setup correctly via cpanel. What could be a reason for them not to work? Id appreciate any help possible.
