  1. I started a thread about pulling in the fees here: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?57450-Automate-Paypal-Reference-Payments-Fees If anyone has a contribution, please let me know.
  2. Hello, I use the Paypal Pro Reference Payments module. As far as I can tell, it works perfectly. However, it does not pull in the fees from the API call like the Website Payments Pro module does. I am doing this manually from within WHMCS like so: 1. Go to Billing then Transactions 2. Copy the Transaction ID. 3. Go to the home page and paste the Transaction ID into the Transaction Lookup Search box. 4. Copy the fee amount from the results page. 5. Go back to Billing then Transactions 6. Click on the Edit Icon for the transaction. 7. Paste the fee into the Fee field. 8. Save. It seems to me that if I can do this manually, WHMCS should be able to do this auto magically. Is there something that was just overlooked in the module? Is my module faulty? Sure would like to save the time it takes to do this manually. All help and suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Dawn
  3. It does, but it does not pull the fees in like the WPP module does.
  4. Had the same issues and did the same thing and all is well. Yes, VERY annoying.
  5. I love WHMCS so much I decided to come here for some recommendations. I have been working with SquirrelCart for a while now, but many of my customers are complaining that it just is not all it could be. There is very little reporting, no refund capability and the digital product capability is very hard for a non-programmer to understand. In fact a lot of the functions are like that. I don't have any trouble using them, but most of my customers like to manage their stores on their own and they are not programmers by a long shot. Does anyone have favorite, end user friendly, shopping cart solutions that they would like to crow about? I would love to hear about them. Thanks, Dawn
  6. Gosh! For MB Support, that is flying. I have been waiting 3 months on one ticket.
  7. I think WHMCS better get ready for an influx of disgruntled Parallels MB customers. Thier latest stunt has taken customer disservice to a whole new reality. I am very interested to hear about anyone's experiences with migrating from MB 5.3 to WHMCS. In fact I would like to hear what people think about the support for this product. I am about half sold on this product, but after MB, I am a little gun shy. Thanks in advance for your input, Dawn
