Since the app has gone to a monthly fee I would expect that we can get regular updates.. So here are my suggestions.. It would be nice to get push notifications to when tickets are submitted. In addition if we could customize the ring tones as well for the notifications it would be awesome.

I used to have this as a user of hostnine then things changed over to a new name and I never got any more details. This was a very useful addon to WHMCS and would love to get it back if possible.

Is there a way to mass mark accounts as closed? Or do I have to go into each account one by one and close them?
