  1. Anyone using 5.3.10 also getting errors when sending mass emails to clients? Using as normal, sent hundreds of messages before, issue only started since the WHMCS update...
  2. I agree to this, an opt-out link would work best. If a customer signs up for a service they would except to receive service/product related emails.
  3. Why don't you use email piping rather? This way any replies will be parses in real-time into WHMCS. http://docs.whmcs.com/Email_Piping
  4. Does this use the new EPP for COZA and is it encoded?
  5. Looks good, is there a page to view all the licenses issued? Your SSL certificate on your website also expired on the 10th of this month, you might want to get that renewed
  6. I have a version I was using on our WHMCS, it was quite messy though but did the job. I will PM you my details.
  7. You can code a custom script that uses the IP address defined in their product and check the status of the VPS and services. You can also use the IP address against your monitoring software, service etc. We pull the information from our Nagios monitoring server and parse it on a per client basis. It's quite a complex setup but doing a simple check on their IP will work for now. I strongly recommend you show the node status as well, as this will be very helpful to the client if their server does down. You can also look at showing the node memory and cpu load via remote nagios / php script etc WHMCS allows you to show information based on login status etc, see the documentation.
  8. Thanks that helps, what about a domain like insurance.name ? There are restrictions again these .name domains that WHMCS does not take into account when checking availability. It checks to see if the domain is taken or not, rather than checking if it is available for registration through a registrar (in my case eNom).
  9. Hello, I've seen some strange things with WHMCS whois lately. A few domains which are not available for registration come up as available. insurance.name a a few xx.info domains (2 character) They are not available due to restrictions, yet WHMCS still allows people to purchase them. Does anyone else experience the same issue? Jason
  10. You need more information about your services.. and do this on a separate page where everything is clear. I do not recommend using the WHMCS order page info boxes to dump all your information, it just looks like a mess. What control panel is used? What are the locations of your datacentres? Hmmm...
  11. Thanks. I've submitted a ticket.
  12. Than you. The reason why I am asking is because I currently have 4.0.2 installed and this script does not work. I uploaded the script and configured it as documented in the install file. I then created an addon for shell access and chose that add-on name in the configuration. I placed an order for a package with the shell access and went through the checkout process. I then checked the mod_auto_addons_accounts table and it was blank. I have checked the hooks file and everything seems to be intact. Seems I'll have to do some debugging to get this to work..
  13. note: Ideally I am looking to sell the script to someone who has the expertise and time to finish the script off and support their clients. I would like to see this end up as a commercial WHMCS add-on, which I cannot currently do due to time constraints. The offer is open to anyone though, if you would like to buy the script for internal use that is perfectly fine. Please email me on the address above and we can discuss further,
  14. So this script never made it into a final release as I got too busy. I am willing to sell the current source code. The stats, emails and database sections are working fine. Please email sales (at) elitehost.co.za if you are interested.
  15. What version of WHMCS does this run on?
