My Joomla project has nothing to do with WHMCS. It's a private site that I need to do. I knew others have made custom templates for their sites which is why I asked here if anyone could help me.. obviously NOT.

No one can help me???

the issue is I'm having trouble figuring out how to make the template look like my html pages.

Hello folks, I have a Joomla site (for a friend that isn't paying me) that needs to be done but I'm having a bit of trouble incorporating the xhtml code into the darn thing. I'm basically creating my own template not using a pre-fab one. Is there anyone out there that knows Joomla pretty well that can assist me in helping me with what I need to do? At this point, I'm willing to pay a small fee. I need help ASAP as I need this done in 2 days at the latest. I've been searching everywhere I can think of for info and nothing is out there it seems. I've recently moved from MB5 to WHMCS and LOVE IT! The best move I've ever made, business wise. I found it easier to just create new products in whmcs since it is so very simple, there is a import script if you search the forum for it that will import everything from MB to WHMCS without trouble. I also used the import feature in the configuration area that moved over all accounts setup on the server to clients in whmcs which only took a wee bit of modifying to get it set back up. Took me a total of 3.5hrs in completely setting up whmcs whereas it took me over 2 weeks to figure out MB and then it didn't do half of what I wanted it to do. Best of luck.. You're going to love the move me thinks.

Looks like you need to check for missing or extra table tags or div tags. You'll just have to follow the template code carefully to find it.

I have a QQ, can you run 2 different registrars at the same time? I have an Enom account already and working on either signing up with the free directi with whmcs or netone? Does it matter if the domain pricing is different? How about the SSL pricing? Reason I ask is I have some clients that know of Enom and prefer to remain with them because of the extra abilities from them, ie: dns control panel. Whereas the other doesn't have the same abilities. well kinda but not fully. Anyhoo, can I have both of them setup and run at the same time? One last QQ, I have another site that I parse my payment info from to my main hosting site, could I run one domain reg there and run the other on the other site? One would be on one server and the other on a different server.. Did I make any sense at all? TIA Diane

What I did was make sure I had the box ticked to notify me when a new order is made, then I added my cell phone number to my regular email. blah@blah.com,1234567890@tmomail.net and sent myself a test message which I got just fine. I know I get emails when an order is submitted. Just making it easier without having to modify the script. HTH

Thank you sparky, I did the changes and now it will add the IP's but the delete button still isn't there. I've changed the url to the direct url and it still isn't pulling it up. I've checked and yes it's there. So it isn't allowing me to delete anything. The print feature still isnt' working either.

I saw the beta was released a bit ago.

I installed this version of the code and while it shows up and looks great and it's all on one line, I cannot get it to 'add' anything. nor does the 'print page' link work. I haven't looked at the code yet myself, but thought I'd let you know.

I'm in need of a bit of help on a javascript form. I know a bit but I'm having an issue with getting what I need done, done correctly. A bit of info. What I have is a financial form. I have 2 columns that need to be each added up then the total of those two columns need to be totaled together later in the form. I can get the one side to calculate out and total but I can't get the second side to calculate out correctly. The other issue I'm having with it is unless I put a .15 (cents) value after a dollar amount it's not giving me .00 after the dollar amount. Well NOW if this ain't the chits... I didn't change anything server wise, but I wanted to change the directory that I had WHMCS installed in, so I requested another license for the new directory.. I changed everything that I needed and thought well, I'm going to try the cron stuff again.. and low and behold it WORKED! Go figure! So, I have everything set now and it's all nicely running. Thanks everyone for your help. Uber, I might contact you over something different if you don't mind.

Uber, I'll probably be contacting you later today. I have something to do for a few hours this afternoon so I'll be away. Conor, Yes, I put the php.ini first in the /public_html/clients/ioncube dir, and read the phpinfo file and it showed in there. I then moved it to the /clients dir as well as public_html and checked all read ioncube was there. Tried it in the shell as the user and thats when I get the error, when I run it as root, it just hangs there like it's trying to run as a background process but the minute I log out as root, it drops the process. will drop it when I time out as well, checked that as well. I shouldn't have to run it as root, it should be ran as the user. I'm still at a huge loss here. Any other thoughts? Thank you.

Thank you Conor for the reply... I've already read that article that you wrote. I did/do have a custom php.ini in there too. I've changed it to .BAK to remove it and tried it as well, still no go. Sorry, I forgot to mention I'd done that as well. See what I mean, I'm totally at a loss. And yes php is being read correctly and ioncube does show up in the file listing. It'a justa ain't workin' which is causin' me to be perplexed. Diane
