Use the wrapper menu type in Joomla, it embeds an IFrame. I recommend just editing the tpl files for WHMCS instead of an IFrame

Yeh, got a bit of work to do on it. I removed the code when I was doing the integration because of some errors, i guess i need to get it working for IE. Thanks for your feedback
