how do i confirm it active?

even though i selected the user product as "Active" and they already paid, it says Status: Pending Even though whmcs sets up the account automatically and marks it as active, it still says status as pending whats going on

for some reason it only creates normal cpanel acc btw im using master reseller acc

Seems like WHMCS can only automatically create normal hosting accounts.. can it automatically create Reseller hosting? if so how? Thanks and much regards, teh1djx

nevermind its working thx!

I got WHMCS to automaticlly create the hosting account once customers pay.. but the problem is that it does not email the customer the information.. what could be causing this? Any tips? Thx
