Hello everyone. This is a first for me so if there is any standard to posting and I don't do it please forgive me. I need to understand a bit more about how to manage clients through WHMCS. My payment gateway is paypal and I have a reseller provider. So all up I have three areas that interlace with each other to provide a service. I've setup WHMCS to tell me about everything. Whether I receive a cancellation, failed logins, account changes, new subscriptions or payments, welcome emails sent to clients. You name it, I've set it up so I'm aware of what's going on. But I sometimes get lost with all this going on. So I'm after a little help in targeting the main areas I need to focus on so I don't look unprofessional. Obviously WHMCS is the main area I need to concentrate my efforts. After all, all my purchases and payments are registered here. I don't need to visit my reseller login to maintain things and I shouldn't need to go to Paypal. So exactly how do I check to make sure certain clients have paid, which accounts haven't automatically been send account information, how and if I need to manually accept pending orders. How to find out payment logs and what has gone where. What's the difference between active clients and active services. What's the first step in checking what's going on with my clients and if there is anything that needs my attention. If anyone can provide more detail and understanding, it would be much appreciated.

Just answered my own question. Thanks once again chickendippers, I've made the change now.

That was quick a reply chickendippers. I'll try that. I'm assuming there wouldn't be license restrictions for accessing certain functions?

Hello fellow members, Does anyone know if it's possible to display invoices in $AUD currency instead of the standard $USD? It makes it confusing to my customers when they think there paying in USD but my paypal account processes in AUD. Can anyone help.
