Hi, isnt it possible to offer more than one free-domain with a product? Now we offer products with more than one domain for free and dont want to reduce that offers. Ive read a post from matt where he told that free domains cant be set to 0$ in the dropdown-filed (after checking for its availibility). Will that be changed in the future? This is really confusing to customers. regards, Robin

Hey guys, yesterday I installed whmcs on a debian etch system. First it seemed to be alright, but when I logged in to the admin-backend and added a new client it wasnt listed. The client was stored in the database and in the backends client-teaser there was one result displayed...but no data was given at the clientslist. Furthermore it says "1 records found, Page 2 of 1". I installed whmcs for a second time, but the problem was still there. After that i tried to switch the PHP-Version to PHP4... and it works! It seems to be a bug with this PHP-Version: PHP 5.2.6-0.dotdeb.1 with Suhosin-Patch 0.9.6.2 regards, Robin

I cant contact you via email, so i would be very pleased if you could contact me because of your direct-debit extension. We discount only in two ways with our customers: direct-debit and bank-transfer so its necessary for us to find a solution to use this. Thank you very much! regards, Robin

Hello, we´re looking for a new billing-Software for our business. The first view on whmcs was "great amount of nice functions". But we still have some questions about this powerful software... Is there a possibility, perhaps a module, for payments made by direct debit (e.g. with file-export) Currently there is no access to Parallel´s Confixx... is it possible to get it integrated or to develope it by ourself? I couldnt open the PDF-invoices when i tested the demo, I think this is just a problem in the demo? We need to create recurrent credit notes for our distributors. I didnt find a possibility to create such credits without calling it "invoice with credit". There is always the title "invoice" in it, right? Do I have to create a new invoice for every extra Domain that a customer ordered? If so, there are customers that order 50 Domains/year and i dont want to have 51 invoices for one customer per year. I would be very appreciate when you could answer these questions or when you can send me an offer for functions that are not-integrated until now. best regards, Robin
