thank you everyone. I am contacting the host as instructed and they seem to be helpful.

I have transferred the Ioncube folder into the WHMCS folder and uploaded that folder onto my server. When I run the install I get this error. Site error: the file /var/www/html/whmcs/install/install.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator. Not sure why. Any suggestions.
