  1. Hi, how can this be used to import domains ? Ineed to import approx 500 domains and it would be great if this can do it.
  2. Hi, We're looking for experienced whmcs dev to build an order form that will communicate with the whmcs api. This is because product setup costs will be made up of several options, some of which are fixed, and we still need to show a breakdown of those items in the final order. Sone of those items in the setup are fixed and should not be deselctable wihile others are optional. Ideally I need code that can drop into an existing wordpress site. cheers. -A
  3. Hi All, We have a problem with one of our whmcs installations. After a recent upgrade we are getting the system offline for maintenance message when the cron.php script is run from crontab. eg : php -q /var/www/clients/admin/cron.php <div style="border: 1px dashed #cc0000;font-family:Tahoma;background-color:#FBEEEB;width:100%;padding:10px;color:#cc0000;"><strong>Down for Maintenance</strong><br>An upgrade is currently in progress... Please come back soon...</div> I'm not quite sure why this would be the case as the admin and client area's are ok when accessed through a browser. As this happened suring the upgrade I'm concerned that something else could be broken. I have asked support but they are not really helping. I know I can use GET instead (support suggestion) but that doesn't fix the issue. It just gets me of their back, which is annoying. Anyhow, I'm guessing there could be a lock file or db flag somewhere - so if you know where to look please let me know and I'll try to get it fixed. Many Thanks. -A
  4. Is there Emglish support or documentation for this module? Sorry my french is hopeles I can probably use google to translate but it never works that well...
  5. It's in and working and I'm deploying VE's ok. I think the documentation needs a little work but that's not hard to fix. Most of my questions have actually been PVA questions as we hadn't made the jump to 4.5 and PVA yet. I'll be doing a bit more work over the next few days but so far I'm happy that it works I'll update on how ir goes.
  6. Ok. This looks very good. I'll get a trial under way this week and post my results here. If it works ok, i'll definitely buy. So far it looks very good and really hope it lives up to the billing
  7. I'll second that and we'd also be up for contributing to development. PM me if you want to discuss it
  8. Thanks for this. I'm also using it to generate root passwords during the order process for vps's and servers. I got fed up with people using "password" as the root pass and leaving it get brute forced :-/
  9. Hi all, Thanks for the info. It seems much as I expected. The obeservations about DNP not behaving as it should are a little worrying but they sound like niggling annoyances rather than show stoppers. It also seems that more detail is required on requirements for WHMCS. Can you tell me which soap libraries you have installed eg : just php-soap or also libsoap (or whatever lib naming convention applies :-\ ) I've also made the assumption that you are running whmcs on linux - put me right if that's not correct. I've been building and running php apps for so long it wouldn't even occur to me to try it on windows. I've heard that people do though ;-) I'm coming to whmcs and dnp from much larger and costlier "enterprise" products. I'm impressed with whmcs so far. Our current billing system is a bad tempered pain in the a**e - It's unpredictable and impossible to follow - when it screws up, it screws up everything. So far whmcs is actually better in a number of key areas. To be honest, I may just use whmcs and dnp as seperate applications. Anybody tried the hyperVM stuff ? -A
  10. Hi All, I need to replace the basic storefront in dotnetpanel with something a bit more manageable. I see that WHMCS can deploy dotnetpanel servers. I see also that there is no documentation but some people here are using it with some success. I'm running some tests with a new and fresh dnp setup - it's a bit new to me but we've got it doing what we need. It consists of a few servers one of which is the enterprise server. I've tried a few things in WHMCS but I'm not getting anywhere at all.. I don't even seem to be getting any errors just nothing happening when I place an order just a blank frame in whmcs.. far as I can tell that's it. The reality is that I don't actually know for sure where to pinty whmcs which port, user etc.. I should be using. Anybody care to enlighten me.. ? To be honest even a definitive "it works I'm using it" or "It won't work, never has.." statement would be useful. We're on a stable demo licence of WHMCS and the latest DNP. If I can show this working we'll buy a licence because apart from the DNP bit this is exactly whaty I need for this project. cheers -a
