  1. I think we should have TWO areas: (1) whole top section and (2) split bottom section. Make it appears like a T. Larger and much info boxes can be moved on top and smaller and less info boxes can be stayed or moved to bottom. That's would be great. I prefer the original simply because I am used to it and in fact it gives me as much information as I need. I do like fancy looking stuff but not too fancy that you forgot the core functions of admin area where you have to look for things deep down further and it takes more time.
  2. Hi, Somehow the new original template does not look very intuitive. I particularly mean the OVERVIEW Parts. 1. First there are 2 columns and that most of things are very SMALL and crooked in this little tiny space. For example, the Ticket Support Overview, it must have a standalone ROW straight from left to right. And for System Over View, you are kidding me right? Come on! for 3 words and each word is showing per line such as "New Orders Today" looks like New Order Today These silly looking must be fixed immediately. I don't understand why such a big project like this does not have a professional gui tester. So shame.
  3. Hi there, I m not sure if the new version has problem but I can't seem to get the annual fees for the configurable options to work. Monthly fee works fine. When I click on annual fee base price, the config options don't load the price but only the description. And if I setup price for the annual fee, it only shows the monthly. How can I fix this?
  4. Hostmonster. Same boat here. Nothing works. Everything suddenly not working at all this includes the ionCube cron job as well as the email forwarding piping. This must be hostmonster I think? I contacted hostmonster about ionLoader and they said they fixed it but apparently did not. I tried to run the cron.php but it still asking for ionLoader.

  6. Hi. I tried to follow this instruction page as it described http://docs.whmcs.com/HyperVM but I still couldn't get it to work. I tested it with a test account. I received a welcome email but I don't see the ip address that should be in the email. I checked the HyperVM cp and I don't see the account created. Is there some place where I can check my errors in configurations. What I meant is what is the most critical place in the configure that one can easily missed out? 1. I'd like to know which part is a MUST have. In the Adding a HyperVM Server, I have a random name and the server's main ip address, then choose HyperVM and filled in its user/pass. 2. In the Setting up a HyperVM Package, in the plan name, I have it exactly as I have in the HyperVM panel which is just the name such as "standard" without description (do I need to enter the desc? Also several places you mentioned "centos-4-i386-hostinabox23", does that mean do I need to add centos-4-i386-hostinabox23.tar.gz full name? Finally, some one needs to be very detail on the name on the instruction page. Thanks for your help.
  7. Hi guys, I have a couple of straight questions. 1. Due to recent updates of WHMCS, my system no longer auto-generates invoices for monthly paypal subscription so it accepted those subscription payments and treated them as credits. In order to update the accounts, I have to manually generate past invoices and that way the system auto applies the credits to those invoices. It works in the past that it generated the invoices with due date like it should and then on the payment day, it automatically applies the payment to that invoice and that usually cleared out the dues but it ain't working anymore. What's wrong with my configuration and how do I fix this? 2. Ever since I installed WHMCS, I could never get a notification for new/reply support tickets. What did I do wrong and how do I correct this?

  9. Hi, I m using Version: 4.0.2. The system created an invoice. Customer paid the correct amount but the system does not update the invoice to 'paid' status. I recently moved to a different host and since then I have to manually input the transaction ID from paypal. What do you advise? Thank you.
  10. Hi all, I m wondering how you mass email to specific clients under certain group. There are NOT enough options under "Product/Service Related Email" section. What I want to do is to edit specific customers and place them under a group let says "Group B" and I need a place to set this group up and put them under that. Then every time if those in the Group B that are under let say "Server B" and the server B is experience issue, then we know which group to send the mail out too and NOT to everyone. Does WHMCS support this feature? if so how? Thanks in adv.

  13. When you make an order, you will see the option below. This is still be confused by many people because they messed this up all the time.   14. Hi, I m getting this error all of the sudden when send a message to pre-sales in my support site. Let say I sent a message to support@domain.com and I m getting a respond reply from the system say that with the subject line "Support Ticket Not Opened" and the body part says "Your email to our support system could not be accepted because it was not recognized as coming from an email address belonging to one of our customers. If you need assistance, please email from the address you registered with us that you use to login to our client area." What s happening? How to resolve this?
  15. Under General Settings -> Affiliates. Only "Affiliate Earning Percentage" can be used? What about One Time Pay? like earn $50 per sale for example. I know this can be done in Product/Services -> Affiliate -> Pay Type (Use Default, Percentage, Fixed Amount). Should this also be in the general settings -> affiliate as well? This affiliate option doesn't make any sense!

If you have a virtual address of your web site such as http://209.41.93.105/~hostrock from your host and there is a cert on that ip, then you can use that link such as https://209.41.93.105/~hostrock/whmcs/billing/googlecheckout.php something like that. Else, you can generate your own cert and install it on your server. Else, you don't have a choice. You gotta have SSL, that's the requirement of google checkout.

  18. Hi, I've followed all the instructions on how to setup HyperVM for automation process. However, I found no email template for it. If I choose "Product Type = VPS/Dedicated Server", then you can see the box below: Configure Server Hostname: eg. server1(.yourdomain.com) NS1 Prefix: eg. ns1(.yourdomain.com) NS2 Prefix: eg. ns2(.yourdomain.com) Root Password: If I choose "Product Type = Others" as instructed in the doc., then the box above won't show up. So if I choose "Product Type = VPS/Dedicated Server" when create Product/Services, what will the HyperVM LOGIN username be? something.vm? something looks like in the Hostname given? Can someone help?
