Hi all ... I'm trying to use the jqtransform plugin to style form elements. In the footer.tpl added: <script type="text/javascript"> $(function() { $("form.jqtransform").jqTransform(); }); </script> However, when i view the source code in my browser (FF & Safari) i see the actual function is removed: <script type="text/javascript"> $(function() ); </script> The references in <head> to the *.js files are correct. Upgrade one package, downgrade another: what about billing?

Hi all ... I have a client with 2 products (hostingaccounts) He ordered 1 small and 1 big account, for 2 different websites. Both accounts are payed with paypal. Now, he would like to upgrade the small account to a big package, and downgrade the bigg account to a small one. No problem so far. But the question i have: Does he get billed extra for the upgrade and get some sort of credit balance for the downgrade, or does the payment for the big package cover the upgrade since he is downgrading that big package. If so, how can I do this up- and downgrade without the client having to worry about anything? Payments are done, so there is no problem. Just a simple up- and downgrade without any other hassle thanks in advance for any response, have a great day! Pat. -
Hi all ... I'm facing following issue: when a client creates a new account, he gives his e-mailaddress. However, it happens he gives a mailaddress from the domain he is moving. Since the account is automatic created on the server with the domains he is moving, he never gets the welcome mails etc. since the server first check if the domains exists on the server. Because the account is created immediately, the domain exists, and the mail never gets send out to the internet. I already placed a notice they have to use a mail address not connected to the domain they are moving. But since my target audience is not so computer/internet/hosting savvy, well, it just giving me troubles Would it be an option to include a check in whmcs so that a user can't use a mail address with the domain they are moving? Any tips here? thanks in advance and have a great day! P.S.: using whmcs with the directadmin module.

Hi Simon, Thanks for your reply. I'm afraid people don't wait 40 second for a lookup to finish I just did a check on your site and my site simultaneously and while i get a response with you immediate i'm waiting on my own site for quit some time using the same domain name and TLD. I guess there is something server wide thats not playing well, but i don't have any idea Thanks again, Pat.

Hi all ... I'm using the integration code "Domain Availability Lookup" on our site. Possible TLD's are .be, .nl, .eu, .com, .org, .net, .info . A domain lookup (no mather what TLD) is very slow. Average around 40 seconds for a lookup. Is this normal behaviour? If not, what could be the reason for this slow performance? Would it be possible to create some kind of progress bar while the lookup is being done? Some kind of spinning circle with "please wait" or something? Thanks for any help on this!

Hi all ... With our design and development service we are offering our new clients 1 year free hosting. They start paying the second year. So, i create a new client, and i add a new hosting order to they're account. I untick the checkbox "generate invoice" so no invoice is generated. In the field "next due date" i place a date one year from now. Is this the correct way to handle this? Will an invoice be automatic created one year from now? Is there another, better way for doing this? thanks in advance for your time and reply, have a great day! Pat.

Hi all, I have created a custom client field "BTWnr" where i can put the clients VAT number. I'm trying to get this field in my invoice PDF template, without luck. $pdf->Cell(0,4,$clientsdetails["BTWnr"],0,1,'L'); Gives me nothing. Does a custom field have a prefix? If so, what? Or else, how do i get my clients VAT number on my PDF invoices? thanks in advance for any help on this!
