Importing from WHM

When i go to inport our accounts it shows what accounts we have in our whm ,but when i click on the import button it shows it failed to import the files. Could some ome check out why it wont import the accounts -
We have setup 4 packages and none of the links that is displayed will work. Is their someone that can look at our setup and tell us what is wrong?
