2. surely it's not better for suspend/terminate to be instant. because it takes 20-30 seconds for a create to be performed, therefore it's not instant anyway. if there was a queue like in MB - that would make the action instant in the sense that it would save my sitting in front of the screen and going "la-la-la-la", waiting. i see that other things have been fixed/implemented. good stuff!

Hi! Some negative feedback here... 1. There are no refund capabilities 2. There is no API queue like MB has. Any account actions (susped, delete, create, etc) either have to be done by an admin immediately or by a daily cron. 3. No obvious way of creating a sponsored (free) account. If you create one with price = 0, it gets suspended all the time. 4. Quick search does not search CC numbers (maybe that's not a big deal) 5. the migration service you guys provide is TERRIBLE! you left out addons completely. So... Good job on going from 0 to where you are now, but there is a long way to go before you have perfection. I do not regret leaving MB.
