I just purchases WHMCS and am in the process of setting it up. Doing some testing, I added a client through the WHMCS interface and created the hosting account (integrated with WHM). I compared the results of an account created through WHM and the one just created with WHMCS. One of the differences I noticed was that only one of the nameservers was listed in the confirmation email of the account created with WHMCS:

Is this normal? A bug? Or possibly because my nameservers (ns1. and ns2.) share the same IP address?
