When I try to opena support ticket all it tells me is Access Denied You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets

Hello, I need some help with whmcs I'm so lost when i login into the admin area of whmcs I would like to see if some one can setup my all of the stuff i need to get it up and going. Thanks Mike
