I got lazy the other day and sort of in a rush to get a cert installed for a customer and i ordered it directly through Enom. Is there a way for me to associate a cert in Enom with the proper customer account after its already been ordered? If so please help me! Promise i wont be lazy again lol

I recently updated my WHMCS to the most recent version with no errors. When i try to order a package however i am unable to. If you go to a product like the link below and enter a new domain to register the page simply refreshes and will not continue to the next step. https://hostrocks.com/members/cart.php I am in desperate need of help on this as you can imagine!!

Ahh so i can upgrade right to the 5.0.3 stable then? thought i had to go in order, didnt know i could skip right to the latest one.

I am having problems upgrading my installation. I have followed the instructions but it produces a blank white page when going to my admin area. I am using the update file whmcs_v502_stable 1. I extract the folder to my desktop 2. I renamed my admin folder to the name i normally use 3. i rezipped the folder up 4. Uploaded the file to my installation 5. Extracted the files over my current install 6. Go to my admin area and it prompts me to delete the install directory 7. Deleted install dir and refreshed page i get blank white page.

I would like to use Slider for my template but it seems to have trouble with my website. When i goto the following link https://hostrocks.com/members/cart.php?a=add&pid=44&carttpl=slider and type in a domain to order and press Check Availability i am taken to a screen where i can then choose a package...this is not right first off. I already had chosen a package. You can see that in the url... pid=44 If i was to choose a package with the slider and hit order it takes me back to the domain screen to order a domain. Its an endless cycle of going back and forth from the domain order screen and the package selection screen. If anyone has a reason why this could be happening please help!

I use Enom for SSL certs and until last patch it all worked fine. Now when i go to register the SSL Cert with Enom i get the following. Module Command Error Bad User name or Password Please tell me what else i need to provide to best resolve this. Also to be clear the username and password are correct.

When i go to my product page to check my SSL prices they all show a monthly amount instead of the annual amount. This happened after upgrading. Any way to change this?

I have a client that for some reason BEFORE his invoice is due his account got suspended. I checked in his account and the only thing i notice is there is only 1 invoice created for him with a balance of 54.95 billed monthly. In his transactions section however he has a balance due of 69.13 a difference of 9.18. Keep in mind the 54.95 isnt even due in my system until dec 4th i think somewhere the system thinks he owes 9.18 somewhere but there are no invoices or transactions showing for that amount. I don't understand where this extra 9.18 is coming from. Can someone suggest where i can look to resolve this issue?

I have 4 certs that are an option for me on my main account that i didnt actually sign up through Enom. I did them as a test in test mode i think but when i go to my account i can see them there as options. How can i remove these from my WHMCS so my account doesn't show the certs? EDIT: BTW these are certs that do not show in my Products/Services area. Thanks in advance.

I have an addon and a promotional code assigned to the addon. I have it set to apply to annual subscriptions only yet just now someone on a monthly subscription used the code successfully. Is this a known bug? I have not been able to find a post on this. I do not want this code to work with monthly subscriptions.

I have everything set up and have been running fine for a while now but since the last upgrade to WHMCS my WHM IMPORT SCRIPT area shows no accounts on any of my servers. All my servers work fine i add accounts no problem but i cannot import accounts that were added through the backend because none show up, not even accounts that are already in WHMCS. Note: I did move this server at one point also about the same time i upgraded but as said above ive been running just fine except for the importing problem. WHMCS Version: 3.6.2 Thanks in advance!
