Thanks isdoo, i have found that setting now. I was just a bit thrown as the menu entrie is now called "Administrators" without the manage in front of it. Thanks for the help. All is good now.

Hi Matt I have just installed the trial version today and am also getting the message: Access Denied You are not assigned to any ticket departments so cannot view or reply to any tickets I have looked through the configuration menu and can't see a Manage Administrators entry on my installation. Is there anything I have done wrong?
