Hey guys, I am wondering if you can help me out. i currently use Google Apps with WHMCS, and I need three departments: sales@sparx.co.nz accounts@sparx.co.nz support@sparx.co.nz I also need my personal email sheldon@sparx.co.nz Unfortunately my personal email account has used 10GB of space on Google Apps so I need to upgrade to Premier. (Puts it up to $50 per account so now I am paying $200 a year for these email accounts). The thing is, I only need sales, accounts and support to be forwarders, I don't really need them to be actual accounts. Is there a way that I can just have sheldon@sparx.co.nz as an account but have the other three as fowraders some how but still working with Google Apps and tickets etc? But so I don't need to pay $50 per account? Your help and thoughts are much appreciated. Thanks Sheldon

Yes, I have somebody developing this for us at the moment, but there is a problem with things if they aren't an invoice generated by an order, then it won't show in the report, it will just get put into the Additional Work category or something. That's how we have it set up. It's just a shame, that when you mark accepted a qupte, it generates an invoice but doesn't generate an order which means it won't come up in our income by product report either! Thanks Sheldon

  6. Hey othellotech - any chance that you can provide somewhere so that I can see how to do it? Also looking for a custom report to be made showing Income by Category/Product, are you open to this work?
  7. Hi all, I also would like pointers on creating a custom report which shows income per product/category. This needs to show what has actually come INTO our bank account, so what has been marked as paid. This needs to be sorted by month, and also needs the ability to show Add Ons, Hosting, Domain Names, and our other Product Categories and even Products themselves if possible. Your advice on such a report would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Sheldon

Hi all, I am wondering how I could show the customers "Overdue" amount (The amount that has gone past the due date) so I can easily know how much to call the client about and ask them that they need to pay the overdue amount. Apparently I could do it myself within the clientssummary.tpl template file my active admin template folder using just a custom {php}{/php} code block but I don't have the experience to do this. If anybody has any pointers on getting this done I would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Sheldon

Hey guys, I want to customize the HTML Mass Mail template to be different to how it is, but can't find the file of where to customize it, I can only find massmail.php but there should be .tpl file which I can change shouldn't there? I would love to just use the normal HTML emails but the thing is it still has that default logo added into each email? If I can just get rid of that default email, then I can just make the HTML emails and then send them out. How can I remove that default logo from every Mass Mail??? Thanks Sheldon

Hey Guys, I am wondering how I can BULK change 200+ domain names as they are currently ticked saying Do Not Renew, which I just realized means that it doesn't automatically generate invoices for them, so domain names keep expiring and not sending out new invoices. Am i correct in saying this is what the "Do Not Renew" tick box does? What SQL command would I do to bulk change all of these to untick it? Without doing it manually? Thanks Sheldon
  11. Hey Guys! I want to customize my emails that get out to people to be more professional, I would like to have my own HTML emails sent out for email notifications, mass emails, invoices and receipts and so on. I like the look of when you go to /viewinvoice.php?id=7784 or if you go to frontend client area and then click on My Emails and then choose an email how it has the grey behind it and is centered with white behind it, it would be cool if all emails came like that too Which files do I edit to be able to do this? I also want to customize PDF and Reciept to look alot more professional as well. Thanks Sheldon

  13. Hey everybody, How can I show in the Email Templates, All Overdue Invoices? Eg. When I want to send out bulk email to clients, I don't want the Total Invoices Outstanding amount, I just want the Overdue Amount to show. I searched the forums and found a few topics on this but it didn't seem to work after trying it. I tryed using {$AllDueInvoices} But that didn't work. Is this possible to do in WHMCS at this stage?   14. Hey John, Thanks for that - I have tried to do the comma seperating when doing the bulk transactions, but it doesn't work? I am using version 4.1.1. I do it like this 4244,4284,4277 for the invoice numbers? Any ideas?
