  1. Hi all. Im running V 4.0.2 and having the following issue: One of my clients has just requested to change from annual billing to monthly billing. When i try to change the billing cycle, next due date and pricing and click save it refreshes the page but doesnt actually save the new information. The client did request the change when an invoice was due and i cancelled that invoice. This is happening regardless of whether "Auto Recalculate Recurring Price on Save" is ticked or not. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Cheers.
  2. Of course there should be a limit, there are between 5,000 - 6,000 different languages spoken around the world, should a forum be created for each of those? And of course, what bear said, who would moderate them? Personally (apart from the moderation issue) i dont see a problem with other languages such as spanish or german etc... but what if someone else requests arabic or similar? Thats what i meant about a line has to be drawn somewhere or it gets out of control.
  3. And then someone requests dutch, then portugese, then german, and so on........ Where do you draw the line? I understand where your coming from but you dont seem to have much trouble speaking english
  4. Overall, fits in nicely. The one thing i would suggest changing is the cell colours on the homepage (the green & orange). Try changing them to the two blues you have on the server lights in the header, i.e: http://www.redbirdhosting.com/images/cart-head-bg.jpg And ill think youll find it looks 10 times better. But as i said, everything else looks good.
  5. I was assuming that with Namecheap now appearing in the domain registrars section of WHMCS that it was enabled by default in V4 and no additional files were needed? If not, whats needed?
  6. Hi, im trying to register a domain at Namecheap via WHMCS. I submit the order and when i go to view it the registrar drop down is blank and i have to select namecheap from the list, i then click accept order (after marking the invoice as paid) Namecheap is setup to be the registrar for this specific tld. Once ive done the above i get an email with the following: At first i though it was because the client (my test one) didnt have the company name filled in but ive since done this with no luck. My namecheap account has plenty of funds to cover the purchase. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
  7. Subscribe to the News & Announcements forum with instant email notification, i did Thank you
  8. No, theyre from a set i got years ago. Right menu has a little modification, knowledgebase and downloads has been changed, just have a look through the pages and youll see whats changed from the default theme. Server status will also be having the uptime history displayed in a popup once i get around to it. I dont use ajax so im not sure how any could be missing but if you notice any errors, let me know.
  9. Hi all, I know you can specify the template used (?systpl=portal) and order form (cant remember this one) but is there anyway to specify the currency in the URL when linking to the order pages? If not, i think this would make a great edition to V4. Cheers.
  10. On the client area templates not much has been changed between V3 & V4 at all, probably 2 or 3 lines tops, serverstatus.tpl, & header.tpl probably have the most changes. The order pages have been changed a bit due to the multi currency mainly, so those were done from scratch. As you already know, the site is currently in the middle of a redesign which was put on hold for the last day to do WHMCS, but thanks for letting me know Keep the comments coming, both good and bad!
  11. Hi all, its not been too long since i created a thread regarding my V3 integration but a lot has changed since then, take a look at my WHMCS: http://my.jortex.com As well as the basic integration (header & footer), all pages have been modified in some way. Pages worth mentioning would have to be: http://www.my.jortex.com/index.php http://www.my.jortex.com/submitticket.php http://www.my.jortex.com/knowledgebase.php http://www.my.jortex.com/downloads.php http://www.my.jortex.com/announcements.php http://www.my.jortex.com/serverstatus.php Still a few bits to do such as a new logo & tidying the code up but the layout will remain the same. Took me around 8 hours on and off to do the lot Comments both positive & negative are always welcome.
  12. If you could explain whether you mean my integrations navigation or the WHMCS forum im sure we'd be able to help you more, if its the WHMCS forum then you might be better off posting in The Lounge to avoid going off topic.
  13. As i said earlier, its NOT kayako, i dont even use kayako or have it installed. Everything you see is WHMCS, one login for support & billing. If you mean about kayako in general then i believe once its integrated its one login for both kayako & WHMCS, maybe someone whos done this can say more.
  14. Thank you for the comments everyone, as daft as it sounds i was also hoping for some negative ones so that i can further improve it (though the good ones are always appreciated). Already looking into a new logo, just shortlisting from about 30 at the moment The majority of the changes have been done using php includes etc..., in anticipation of the next update, should only be a few hours work tops, depending on how much the template files are changed.
