Hi, We have build a hour registration module for WHMCS and it will generate some invoices. We don't want to send them by email but print them out. So we need the PDF bulk for that. But when we use this, the PDF generated by the script also include non-generated invoices. It will include invoices created by the cron or custom created invoices and we don't want that. Is there a way to push the invoice_ids tot the bulk generator? Or is there some other way? Please let me know! Best, Corretje

I'm using the windows-1252 charset... If Apple allows that, it should work after the update for the app right? Let's first wait for that then, else I will try and change the charset to utf-8... Thanks Matt for the explanation!

At least I am not the only one with the problem... I would like it to work, else I've paid for the addon while I am not able to use it. Anyone from WHMCS any ideas on what to try?

So more people seem to have the same problem we have... I read somewhere about the characters already, which characters are giving errors and where are they? Maybe if I get rid of those characters it will work...

I am using the newest version of the app, my co-worker also has the same problem. Makes me think it is in our WHMCS system and not in the app itself... Any ideas?

Hi, I've got a problem with iWHMCS. When I enter my details en try to connect, the app just closes. When I tap it again all settings are gone and I have to start over again. This is really frustrating and it will not work... I've got a iPhone 4 running 4.1 and my WHMCS is up to date... Anyone got any ideas on what this might be and how to solve it? Hi, Is it possible to assign a hidden support deparment to a user? I'm have a user with a "personal" ticket department so that the tickets are just visable for one person. Other clients are not allowed to select this department when sending a ticket. I know I can hardcode the url (?step=2&dept=3) but I don't want that kind of solution.... Is there any other way? The new webmakers websites is online. Whmcs integrated and whmcs cms installed. Furthermore we made custum addons for the homepage slideshow and the references. DAS stands for Domain Availability Service and runs on port 4343. It can be automated and does not have a query limit. To use DAS, enter the command line get 1.0 domainname, where domainname is the name you want to look up only and does not include the .eu suffix. If we look up the domain name eurid.eu, the following information is returned: .eu Domain Availability Server 1.0 % %©2005(http://www.eurid.eu) % %% RC = 0 Domain: eurid Status: REGISTERED Can anyone please help me to implement this in WHMCS???? I entered a lot of exisiting domains in WHMCS by selecting the paypal subscriptions option and then altering the Expiry Date so that the next time domains expire, an invoice will be generated automatically (that's the main reason we bought the software). Now WHMCS makes a seperate invoice for every domain, a client with 20 domains gets 20 invoices and emails. Is there a way to combine domains and products so that they will appear on one invoice???

I generate a report in Sales Tax Liability. Then i click "printable version" to get a print for my administration. I have to fill out the dates again..... If i do that the system goes back to the non-printable version and everything starts all over again.

Hi everyone, I tried to add an existing domain to a client. For that i go to the client and select 'add new order'. Then i select 'domainregistration only' and 'register a new domain'. To avoid invoices being created i select ' paypal subscriptions'. Now after all this is done there's no amount at the bottom of the page. The same when i click 'update order'. When i complete the order the order is empty and the new domain is not added to the system. This used to work fine but now it doesn't anymore. We checked what adjustments we made but can't find anything. Anyone???????

We bought one license of WHMCS and we LOVE IT!!! Much better than Modernbill and AWBS. Before we go further with the installations (Matt is installing one for us at this moment, we hope) we are trying to figure out what the best method of implentation is when using 2 websites with different products. On one website we sell .eu domains and on the other nl, com, etc. We do have clients that own both products so it would be handy to use one database for both websites. Also we would have to log in on two different admin areas ourselves, while one would be nicer. Also upgrading of WHMCS will have to be done twice every time there is an upgrade. Is this already possible or will there be an addon in the future to combine multiple versions of WHMCS?

Is the Dutch language file available yet??? And if so, where can ik be downloaded? If there are problems with the translation we are willing to help.
