  1. We have a very large reseller base and offer one of the easiest to use and most competitive reseller programs in the industry. It's literally completely free to join and we have no server minimums to start selling. Reviews: http://www.shopperapproved.com/reviews/reliablesite.net/
  2. WHMCS Module Summary The ReliableSite Dedicated Server Reseller module offers ReliableSite dedicated server resellers with our complete functionality available from within the dedicated server control panel directly within WHMCS. In addition, customers will be able to view and manage their dedicated servers directly from within your WHMCS installation as an alternative to our fully brandable control panel. Version Compatibility The module is compatible with version 5.3.X and version 6 of WHMCS. Feature List Server Management User Management Null Route Management DDoS Attack History Advanced DDoS Settings Backup Space Management Reseller Option Management Where can I obtain support? Support is available directly through our support portal at http://support.reliablesite.net Where can I download the module? The module can be downloaded directly through our web site.
  3. For PHP RealPath() the parent folder (above the WHMCS root folder) must also have read permissions. Set those permissions and everything will magically start working. Support had no clue about this, but it seems to be a common issue. http://forums.iis.net/p/1153823/1887716.aspx
  4. Can the text on the module be changed? There are a few weirdly worded items and slight grammatical errors.
  5. Found the issue! Was a device blocking connectivity inbound from PayPal.
  6. We've been seeing some strange issues all day with PayPal payments pro. No changes to the server whatsoever. Seeing these two errors: URL Error: 35 - Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to api-3t.paypal.com:443 URL Error: 28 - SSL connection timeout Anyone seeing something similar or know a fix? Thank you
  7. Thanks for the info! Exactly what I came here looking for.
  8. When selecting the "Free" billing cycle with addons they are still billed on the next due date even if the amount is set to 0. In previous versions of WHMCS when selecting a FREE billing cycle the amount would be set to 0 automatically (no longer does this) and it would no longer bill.
  9. This only searches the current list of displayed customers (50 a time). You still need to keep clicking next until you get to the right page. If you click the Menu button, you'll notice there is a "SEARCH" functionality that doesn't work. This is vital as I don't have time to keep clicking next next next next next next 50 times to get to Z. Have you even used this app? When you accept on the phone, it accepts on the web site without sending the proper e-mails or even creating accounts when it needs to aka hosting accounts, domain registrations, etc..... The product advertises itself as management for Android, there are obvious advantages to using an app over a web site. So far the app is pretty useless for anything except viewing things, and even then I can drive home and walk over to my laptop faster than I can find what I'm looking for using the app.
  10. I've been a bit disappointed with the Android application as a whole... Here is a list of bugs I found in about 30 minutes of use... -Search functionality does not work when searching for clients (we have over 2000 clients...manually clicking next next next next next defeats the point...) -Listing the line items lists all of the orders line items, it's not broken out and I can't tell what item is related to what order or whether it's been approved or pending. -Approving an order doesn't send out a welcome e-mail....doesn't even offer the option to send out a welcome e-mail. What's the point of approving an order if the client doesn't get a welcome message. Overall the navigation of the application is just horrible...nothing like the web interface. I would like to see something similar to how the web interface works. EDIT: Using the Samsung Epic 4G with Android 2.1.
  11. Ok, great to see a lot of interest. I'll be finishing up the tool either later today or sometime tomorrow morning.
  12. I've attached a screenshot with the progress of the project. Since the structure in HELM3 is a bit different than how WHMCS works there were a few things that needed to be done differently. The hosting plans needed to be created beforehand for each reseller and then each user is imported, they need to be mapped to the correct hosting plan. Currently the import tool brings in customer information, assigns hosting plans, and recurring payments. If there are any other features that you think are mandatory (not nice to have) please mention them and I'd be more than happy to consider them and program them in.
  13. Hello, Just curious how much interest there is for a HELM 3 import script / tool. I already have a tool in progress and can provide more information if there's any interest. Thanks.
