Is any body having problems with the email parser? When i receive a email that has "ç" or Á or some non-english chars the title gets like this =?ISO-8859-1?Q? The body of the support ticket is ok, so it not a problem with the database encoding. If the ticket is sent by the customer area it gets inserted correctly. Looks like i hade a old version of plesk.php i uploaded the new file and it now shows correctly. Is it possible to create a domain without creating a customer account? i use only customer accounts for resellers, for users that only have on domain i put them in my main client account. Regards Ruben

I do not see this option on the server settings, only the server type, the default server and lots of values, no where to enter the Domain template name. Regards

Hello, You can Enable Paypal subscription and select that in the order form, it will not generate the invoice. After the order is complete select the correct payment gatway and it is done. Hope it helps. Ruben

Hi, When a customer sends a email with imagens atached, they are not sowing on the helpdesk, i tested this several times, only one time i got the atachment but it was not readable. Regards Ruben
