...from the supported ones: cPanel/WHM DirectAdmin Plesk Helm 3 Helm 4 Ensim InterWorx DotNetPanel Lxadmin Virtualmin Pro do you use/recommend? I am using currently Plesk 9.5.x and want to avoid upgrade to 10 since free IMAP service of hMailserver is not supported anymore (and no other free one is supported within PLesk). So I am looking for something similar professional with no or low cost - similar user experience. Thanks for your recommendations. Michael PS: Looking for a win compatible version ;-)

Hello, probably you may give me a hand, if you have this option integrated and how you have done this: Beside std. hostingplans, I would also like to offer bigger plans, including more than just 1 free domain. So how can I give a user the chance to buy a hosting package and search+buy e.g. 3 domains for free instead of just one? Thanks for help

Hello, i am new to customization of WHMC and unsure on how to do the following: Instead of having the "support" area as index/startingpoint, I would like to display just simple offers as startpage with existing menue (so just another mainarea content) and the exisisting supportarea (probably as support.php) after clientlogin. I do not want to go away to much from default template, neither integrate whmcs in any other solution (like joomla, etc..). Thanks for tips to start with!

@ Matt: I just want to follow upo to this issue. Again the situation: I have set up a Hosting package with free Domain Option and only 1 billing cycle! If the customer goes to the Order page the Hosting package is shopwing up (e.g.): 10€ yearly + 10 € setup fee. If he cooses this packages and searchs for a domain, s/he gets the result of free domains. Within this list s/he gets an information for Domainpricing and that should NOT be, as Domain is free for this package! Customers are confused in this moment! If they click ok, this domainpricing value is not listed anymore, so shown up correct! (btw: even there is only one billing cycle for domain only)

Even if finalized 2010, it already started in some countries.

@Matt: I understand, but in this case its the only billing cycle ^^. And even if it belongs to a specific cycle, it would make sense from my customers view, to have it in the billing cycle dropdown list (where the customer choose the billing cycle) to be shown as 0$ for the one with free option. Of course s/he sees the correct billing on the "checkout"...but ;-)

Just in addition, what I would like to setup on my WHMCS: Clients ordering a Domain or Hosting package -> create Client in Plesk = works fine, Domain is also set up, but physical hosting missing, due to missing Frontpage login+pw (how to solve this?) If clients adds a single domain (because hostingpackage allows to add more domains), it should be added as domain under the same client. -> does not work at the moment, what is missing to get this set up`? Workflow in WHMCS is fine for that, just the creation on Plesk is missing...

Hello Matt, what has to be enabled in WHMCS, that #42 is working? I did a test with a client-test account, which just bought a single domain (when already having a hosting package). The domain was not created in plesk after accepting the order :-(

..for your reply. Indeed, if I run it manually on the server, it is exoecting Frontpage credentials, independet if I tick "contiue with creating physical hosting". I thought WHHMCS is using the credentials on the "product page"\Module settings... I am of course not able to set these credentials in the plesk template, or am i missing something?!?! Thanks for the reply. I do see it as free on the checkout, but customers have been confused, because it shows as an amount when choosing the domain. Isn´t it possible to let them also shown with =$ ammount in the window before, because it is set as free?

Hello, I have set up a Hosting package incl. Free Domain option. If the client is choosing the package and is looking up a domain for that, he/she can choose from all domains available (also the not free ones, coming with this package) a) how to just let the free domains be available in this list? b) example: - client chooses domain package for 15$ which incl. free domain - he/she is looking up a domain and results are given incl. additional domain-extension i do let check - here the normal pricing is shown (also for free-domains attached to this package) e.g. 10$for Domian Registration - on next page it just calculates (correctly) just the hosting package if customer chooses the free-domain ext. How to let the price of 10$ ber shown as 0$, for free domain`-ext. for this package?
