does anyone have same problem like me, when new user try to checkout using gmail, the password input will be removed, and then it show error password is not strong enough

in client area password change, we have option to generate password, it will generate password if pressed, but sometimes the password generated is not strong enough , where can i edit the file so i can apply stronger password algorithm. i tried to find the file for the password generation, but cant find it
