i don't activet this on the client details : Overide automatic suspension and don't suspend this account if overdue

i recive this messege in automation daily messege such as : 0 Accounts Suspended - Manual Suspend Required: mohamed samir - dr-ksa.com (Due Date: 17/01/2008 i need to set it do automatice suspend , not Manual Suspend i made it Enable Suspension Tick this box to enable automatic suspension in AUTOMATION SETTINGS in my admincp but is dont suspend the accounts automaticly

i do this but the problem dosn't solve , is it nessery to be " allow_url_fopen = on "
