Unable to login in order to change in General Setting menu

Hello, I'm new here and I'm using Leased WHMCS license. I just migrated WHMCS to a new server and I have problem as follows: I'm able to login, but I can't change setting in 'General Setting' menu since it request password to proceed (Please see the attached). Kindly help me how to resolve this problem, because I can't reach old admin who was in charge this setting/installation. Thank you M. Musashi
