The homepage jpg looks good, you just need to convert that into a bit of functional content by using some smaller images, links and tables. The integration works well also!

The integration is nice and works well, but you use 2 different currency's on the website. Web Hosting packages in £ and Reseller packages in $, any reason for this?

I'm offering a free sub domain as an alternative to using a proper full domain. If the client doesn't wish to pay extra for a full personal domain name. However if a client decides they are ordering the sub domain from the domain page, they must also order a hosting package, otherwise its useless really @ chickendippers - subdomains are not compulsory, or usually ordered with a particular hosting package. So it's much more particular, to use it as a domain option.

Hi Everyone, I've just found out that I need to make some domains (free subdomains) require a hosting package in the order. Otherwise I get people ordering free subdomains with no hosting! Any ideas on how to do this? Thanks, Matt

Hey, I've tried adding to DNS servers to whmcs server status. The HTTP, FTP and POP3 update correctly. But it says 'Not Available' on the server load and uptime. Anyone know whats wrong for it to display this. The status script is on both dns servers and the details are all correct on the whmcs admin server area. Thanks, Matt

We run our site on a separate server with another reliable company I would never recommend putting your site on the same server as your customers sites, could be a potential security risk, if not just server outage prevention satisfaction. Different datacentre I wouldn't think is needed but it won't do any harm

Does anyone recommend a UK company for services of this nature. Regards, Matt

You need to upload the new portal template package then. Or do a compare checks between the old and new files and make the required changes. (list of changed template files in the package read me file)

Hello, I have been running some tests on my system 3.5.1. When ordering a non hosting product (download) with a hotmail email address it blocks the order - even though I disabled free email blocking on my maxmind fraud module settings. And my system does not block any free emails. I changed the email address to a btinternet.com extension and ordered again. This worked fine. I am struggling to work out why maxmind blocks the order because its a free email - even though its not setup to. Regards, Matt @ Twilight Web Design
