I didn't realize how the system worked and I installed it in the root folder before WordPress. Since I really don't need it integrated in my website, I was able to move it to /public_html/whmcs/

I am a new user of WHMCS and I am trying to sort out how I want to use it with my WordPress site. When I first installed it, I thought it going into my root folder would be a mess. I just want to use WHMCS to sign up a few clients for hosting. They do not need to login to my WordPress site. Is the best option to just send them to mywebsite.com/WHMCS/? Then I can match the colors and themes as close to my WordPress site.
