  1. Hello, am I the only one with this issue? I just had to set around 150 domains from grace to active on DB to have the sync update the expiry date.
  2. Hello, We are currently experiencing a significant issue with WHMCS that's consuming a considerable amount of our time., and I'm unsure if I'm missing something very obvious or we are not following some best practice. We have around 1500 domains, and it can happen that domains are set to autorenew at the registrar level, so we are sure not to loose them. We have noticed that some registrars tend to renew the domain past the expiration date. When this happens, whmcs marks the domain as "grace" and stops syncing them, with the results that even if we have all of the domains renewed, they eventually gets marked as expired on whmcs. This eventually leads to me having to set all of the expired domains as active and wait for the sync to update the dates of the ones that have been effectively renewed, so that we can see if we have missed any. We easily get to a hundred of them in one or two weeks, and it makes checking domain expiration a nightmare. While I understand that this may be the intended design, I'm wondering if there's a way to configure the domain sync cron to include domains in "Grace" status. Such a modification would be immensely beneficial for us, and I fail to see any downsides. Thank you very much
