Vue/React client area/frontend for custom WHMCS Provisioning Module

Hi everyone! I'm developing a provisioning module for whmcs, and I'm wondering about: how to build a frontend for it's client area? I saw official whmcs docs for Provisioning Modules, but there's no suggestions here except returning smarty templates with ClientArea/custom functions. Any advices, best practices, tips you can suggest on how to build client area frontend? Thank you.
