Does anyone know how to generate a report that shows the Domain Income? I have searched, but am unable to find how to do this. Or, what would one charge to create a custom report that I can add to my report list that would show this? Thanks Andrea

Has there been a resolution to this? Customers cannot remove old credit cards from their account....
